The Tiller platform itself is free for DIY OpenClaw. You only pay for the underlying infrastructure: a Hetzner VPS (starts at ~$4/month) and your own AI provider API costs (Claude, OpenAI, etc.). We don't take a cut of your API usage.
With Managed Personas, you pay based on your actual usage. We handle the AI provider costs and infrastructure, and you pay a simple per-use fee. Exact pricing will be announced at launch. Join the waitlist to get early access pricing.
Yes. You can start with DIY OpenClaw and upgrade to Managed Personas later, or vice versa. Your data stays with you, and we'll help with any migration.
You can deploy multiple servers. Each DIY server is billed separately through Hetzner. For Managed Personas, pricing scales with usage regardless of how many bots you run.
For DIY, Hetzner bills you directly and has their own refund policy. For Managed Personas, we'll offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy within the first 7 days, we'll refund your usage charges.
