Tiller offers flexible plans to match your needs. DIY is always free - you only pay for infrastructure. Managed Personas require a subscription.

Free Plan
Perfect for DIY setups where you bring your own API keys.

Pro Plan
For individuals who want managed AI agents without the hassle.

Infrastructure Costs
All plans require you to provide Hetzner Cloud credentials. You pay Hetzner directly for server costs. Typical costs:
- CX22 (2 vCPU, 4GB RAM) - ~$5/month
- CX32 (4 vCPU, 8GB RAM) - ~$10/month
These are approximate prices and may vary by region. Check Hetzner's pricing page for current rates.
Subscribing
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Choose your plan (Pro or Business)
- Click Subscribe
- Complete payment via Stripe Checkout
Subscriptions are billed monthly. You can cancel anytime and continue using the service until the end of your billing period.
Managing Your Subscription
Viewing Current Plan
Your current plan and status are shown on the Billing page under Settings.
Upgrading or Downgrading
To change plans:
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Upgrade or Downgrade next to the desired plan
- The change takes effect immediately, with prorated billing
Canceling
To cancel your subscription:
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Confirm the cancellation
Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. During this grace period, you can resume your subscription.
Resuming
If you've canceled but are still in the grace period, you can resume:
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Resume Subscription
Payment Methods
We use Stripe for secure payment processing. To manage your payment methods:
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Manage Payment Methods
- You'll be redirected to Stripe's Customer Portal
Invoices
View and download invoices from the Billing page. Each invoice shows:
- Invoice date
- Amount charged
- Payment status
Click the download icon to get a PDF copy for your records.
Token Usage
For managed servers, the Billing page shows your current month's token usage:
- Total tokens used
- Percentage of monthly limit
- Tokens in (prompts) vs tokens out (responses)
If you approach your limit, consider upgrading to a higher plan.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails:
- You'll receive an email notification
- A warning will appear on your Billing page
- You won't be able to create new managed servers until resolved
Update your payment method in the Stripe Customer Portal to resolve the issue.
